ιέ. Οτι 3 χρὴ ἢ ἱερέα μηποτε παροξῶν͵ τὰ ἁμαρτήμα: τα, μήτε πρόχειρον ῦ ἐν τῷ τιμωρείται

ιζ'. Οτι ἀνεπίληπον αρι * ἐπίσκοπον, ὡς τύπον τῆς ἀρχομένων.

τή ̔́Οτι χρὴ ὃ ἐπίσκοπον φροντίζων ὅπως ὁ λαὸς μὴ πλημμελῇ, διὰ τὸ ἓ) αὐτὸν σκοπόν

ιθ'. Ὅτι καὶ ὁ ποιμὴν ἀμε λῶς φερόμενΘ δεῖ τὰ ωρό: σαΐα, δίκην τννυσιν, καὶ τὸ πρόβατον μὴ πειθαρχῶν τις ποιμένι, κολάζε εται

κ'. Όπως χρή του αρχο μίνες πειθαρχεῖν τοῖς ἄρχω· αν ἐπισκόποις.

XIII. That we ought to beware how we make Tryal of any finful Courfe.

XIV. Concerning thofe who affirm that Penitents are not to be receiv’d into the Church. A righteo ous Perfon, altho' he converfe with a Sinner, will not perih with him, That no Perfon is punimhd for another; but every one muft give an account of himfelf. That we muft affift those who are weak in the

Faith: and that a Bilhop muft not be govern’d by any turbulent Perfon among the Laity.

XV. That a Bishop muft neither overlook Offences, not be rafh in punifhing them.
