HEBREW AND CHRISTIAN RECORDS. This is an historical enquiry concerning the age and authorship of the Old and New testaments. It it the object of this firat volume to show that the whole of the Old Testament, as it now, appears, both style of language and order of events, is due, not to the firat establishment of the Hebrew in Canaan fifteen hundred years before christ, but to the re-establishment of the nation five hundred years before our era. Originally published in 1877 Many of the earliest books, particularly those dating back to the 1900s and before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive. We are republishing these classic works in affordable, high quality, modern editions, using the original text and artwork.
