man waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts; for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.

Behold, we count them happy which endure.-ST. JAMES v. 7, 8, 11, first clause.

He that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is His name.

His mercy is on them that fear Him from generation to generation.-ST. LUKE i. 49, 50.

As I was with Moses, so I will be with thee I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. -JOSHUA i. 5, second and third clauses.

It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.-LAM. iii. 26.

Delight thyself also in the Lord: and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in Him; and He shall bring it to pass. -PSALM XXxvii. 4, 5.

My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;

Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.

But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.-ST. JAMES i. 2-4.

Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him.

The meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.-PSALM XXXVii. 7, first clause, and 11.

For thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.

As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out My sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.

I will feed My flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord God.EZEK. xxxiv. 11, 12, 15.
