He that fweareth by heaven, fweareth by the throne of God, and by him that fitteth thereon.

Luc. F. 68,

Therefore he faid unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few, pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest that he would fend forth labourers into his harveft.

The Word was with God. The fame was in the beginning with God.

No man hath feen God at any time : The only begotten Son, which is in the bofom of the Father, he hath declared him. See 1 John IV.

The Father himself V. 37-which hath fent me hath born witners of me. Ye have not heard his voice at any time, nor feen his shape.

Ye feek not the ho-V: 44, 45° nour which cometh from God only ; [or, from the only God.] Do not think that I will accufe you to the Father. There is one that accufeth you, even. Mofes, wherein ye truft.

For him hath God the vi. 17. Father fealed; [or, the Father fealed, even God.]

Not that any Man hath feen the Father ; fave he which is of God, he hath feen the Father.

v. 46.

We believe, and are fure v. 69. that thou art that Chrift, the Son of the Living God.

We have one Father, VIII. 4r, even God. Jefus faid un- 42. to them, If God were your Father ye would love me ; for 1 proceeded forth and came from God.

Believe in God, and XIV. 1, 2.
