ὄρει τότῳ, ὅτε ἐν Ἱεροσολύμοις προσκυνήσετε την ταξί ὑμεῖς προσκωνετε ὁ ἐκ οιδατε ἡμεῖς προσκων μου ο οἴδαμῳ, ὅτι ἡ σωτηρία εκ * Ιεδαίων ἔξιν. ἀλλ ̓ ἔρχει ὥρα, νὶ νῦν ὅσιν, ὅτε οἱ ἀληθινοὶ προσκωνται προς σκυνήσεσι τῳ παζὶ ἐν πνάματι καὶ ἀληθείᾳ· καὶ ὁ πατῆς τοιέτες ζητεῖ του προσκωνότας αὐτόν. Πνώμα ὁ Θεός, καὶ τοὺ προσκων τας αὐτὸν ἐν πνεύματι, ν ἀληθείᾳ δεν προσκυνείν. Ἵνα ὅ, τι ἂν αἰτήσητε πατέρα ἐν τῷ ὀνόματί με δῷ ὑμῖν.

neither in this Mountain, nor yet at Jerufalem, worhip the Father. Ye wor Mip ye know not what, we know what we worfhip ; for Salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worthippers fhall worhip the Father in Spirit, and in Truth ; for the Father feeketh fuch to worhip him. God is a Spi rit ; and they that worfhip him must worship him in Spirit and Truth.

That what foever ye fhall XV. 16, ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

Verily, verily, I say un- XVI. 23, to you, to you, whatsoever ye fall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.

At that day ye fhall ask v. 26, 27. in my name ; and I fay not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you, for the Father himfelf loveth you, &c.

mention of you always in my prayers, making requeft (if by any means now at length I might have a profperous journey by the will of God,) to come unto you.

Now the God of Patience and Confolation grant you to be like minded one towards another, according to Chrift jefus. That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorifie the God and Father of our Lord Jefus Chrift.

I thank my God always on your behalf for the grace of God which is given you by Jefus Chrift.

Bleffed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jefus Chrift, the Father of Mercies, and the God of all Confolation.

Now thanks be unto God, who always caufeth us to triumph in Chrift.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jefus Chrift, who hath blefed us with all fpiritual bleffings, in heavenly places, in Chrift.

For this caufe I bow III. 14, my knees unto the Father 15, 16, &c. of our Lord Jefus Chrift ; of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named ; That he would grant you according to the riches of his glory to be ftrengthened with might, by his Spirit, in the inner Man, &c.

Giving thanks always V. 20. for all things unto God and the Father, in the name of our Lord Jefus Chrift.

Be careful for nothing; phil. IV.6. but in every thing by prayer and fupplication, with thankfgiving let your requests be made known unto God,

We give thanks to God Colo. 1. 30 and the Father of our Lord Jefus Chrift.; praying always for you. See

But we are bound to to give thanks always God for you Brethren,

I thank God whom I ferve from my Fore-fathers with pure Confcience, that without ceafing I have remembrance of thee in my prayers, night and day.

Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jefus, that great mepherd of the feep; through the blood of the everlafting Covenant, make you perfed in every good work to do his will ; working in you that which is well his fight, plealing in through Jefus Chrift - to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Bleffed be the God and Father of our Lord Jefus Chrift, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope, by the refurreation of Je fus Chrift from the dead.

But the God of all V. 10, 11. grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Chrift Jefus, after that ye have fuffered a_while, make you perfect, ftablim, ftrengthen, fettle you. Το him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
