MONDAY.-Isa. iii. 16.-Moreover the Lord saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet; TUESDAY.-Isa. iii. 17.-Therefore the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the Lord will discover their secret parts. WEDNESDAY.-Ex. xxii. 1.—If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep. THURSDAY.-John xii. 6.-This he said, not that he cared for the poor; but because he was a thief, and had the bag, and bare what was put therein. FRIDAY.-Ephes. iv. 28.-Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needest. SATURDAY.--Gen. xliv. 8.-Behold, the money, which we found in our sack's mouth we brought again unto thee out of the land of Canaan: how then should we steal out of thy Lord's house silver or gold?
