所淨就 所差遣的人已經尋到西門的家站在門外叫人出來問這裹有稱呼彼得的西門住著沒有彼得還思想那異象聖靈對他 就有聲音對他說彼得起來宰了吃彼得說主阿斷乎不可凡粗俗和不潔淨的物我從來沒有吃過那聲音叉說 神所 淨的你不可以爲粗俗這樣有三次後來那物收回天上去了彼得心裏正在猶疑不知所看見的異象是甚麼意思哥尼流 他請你到他家去聽你的教訓彼得請他們進來住宿次日和他們同去還有約帕的幾個弟兄跟隨他去又次日他們到了 你們所尋找的你們來有甚麽事呢他們說百夫長哥尼流是一個義人敬畏 神爲猶太通國所稱讚他蒙聖天使指示 說有三個人來尋找你起來下去和他們一同前往不要疑惑是我差他們來的彼得下來見哥尼流所差來的人說我就是 該撒利亞哥尼流已經請了近親密友等候他們 19 While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee. 20 Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing: for I have sent them. 21 Then Peter went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius; and said, Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what is the cause wherefore ye are come? 22 And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God, by a holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee. 23 Then called he them in, and lodged them. And on the morrow Peter went away with them, and certain brethren from Joppa accom panied him. 24 And the morrow after they entered into Cesarea. And Cornelius waited for them, and had called to gether his kinsmen and near friends. 25 And as Peter was coming in, 敬了 Cornelius met him, and fell down at his feet, and worshipped him. 26 But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man. 27 And as he talked with him, he went in, and found come together. many that were 28 And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of an other nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean. 29 Therefore came I unto you without gainsaying, as soon as I was sent for: I ask therefore for what intent ye have sent for me? 30 And Cornelius said, Four days ago I was fasting until this hour;的 before me in bright clothing, 31 And said, Cornelius, thy prayer is heard, and thine alms are had in remembrance in the sight of God. 32 Send therefore to Joppa, and call hither Simon, whose surname is Peter; he is lodged in the house of t one Simon a tanner by the sea side: who, when he cometh, shall speak unto thee. 33 Immediately therefore I sent to thee; and thou hast well done that thou art come. Now therefore are we all here present before God, to 音 hear all things that are commanded thee of God. 34 TThen Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: 35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. 36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ : (he is Lord of all:) 念 主 好、你申俗 義時 服、來 站現 在近 作粗俗不潔淨的所以我聽見你們請我就不推辭 多人在那裏聚集對他們說你們知道猶太人與異邦人親近來往是不合律的但神已經指示我無論甚麼人都不可看 得一進去哥尼流就迎接他俯伏在他脚前拜他彼得拉他起來說你起來我也是人彼得和他說著話進到裏面看見許 叫我來是爲甚麼事哥尼流說四日前我禁食到了這 禱已蒙垂聽你賙濟 神已經記 念了你須遣人往約帕去請那稱呼彼得的西門來他住在 時尕申初我在家祈禱忽然有一個人穿著光明的衣服站在 他來必要教訓你我即刻遣人去請你你來 敬畏主行義的人都爲主所喜悅耶穌基督是萬人的主或作萬有的主 神託他 了甚好現時我們都在 神的面前要聽 神所吩咐你的一切話彼得開口說我眞曉得 神不按外貌取人各國中凡有 和 的 福 道與以色列人 話。皮 匠 我 說 所們知 是在 O 們又請彼得住了幾日 言讚美 神爲大彼得說這些人既受了聖靈和我們一樣誰能禁止用水與他們施洗呢就吩附奉主的名與他們施洗他 臨感動一切聽道的人和彼得同來的奉割禮的門徒見異邦人也受了聖靈的恩賜就都詫異因爲聽見他們說別國的方 神所立定審判活人死人的主眾先知也爲他作見證說凡信他的人必因他的名得蒙赦罪彼得還說這話的時候聖靈降 所揀選爲他作見證的人看就是我們這些在他復活以後與他一同飲食的人耶穌又吩咐我們在民間傳道見證他是 們都爲他作見證人竟將他懸在木頭上殺害了到第三日 神叫他復活顯現與人看不是顯與衆人看是顯與 神豫先 知道的耶穌蒙 神的默佑周遊四方行善事醫好凡被魔鬼制伏的人他在猶太全地在耶路撒冷城裏所行的一切事我 這道在約翰傳敢施洗以後從加利利傳起傳遍了猶太地方 神賜聖靈大能與拿撒勒人耶穌立他為基督這都是你們 O 人同 徒、證 他的 們恩名 OFF CEK 與們 他說 37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; 38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. 39 And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree: 40 Him God raised up the third day, and shewed him openly; 41 Not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before of God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead. 42 And he commanded us to preach unto the people and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead. 43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. 44 T While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, 47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? 48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. AND the apostles and brethren that were in Judea heard that the Gentiles had also received the word of God. 2 And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him, 3 Saying, Thou wentest in to men uncircumcised, and didst eat with them. 4 But Peter rehearsed the matter from the beginning, and expounded it by order unto them, saying, 5 I was in the city of Joppa pray ing:and in a trance I saw a vision, A certain vessel descend, as it had been a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came even to me: 6 Upon the which when I had fastened mine eyes, I considered, and saw fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air. 7 And I heard a voice saying unto me, Arise, Peter; slay and eat. 8 But I said, Not so, Lord: for nothing common or unclean hath at any time entered into my mouth. 9 But the voice answered me again from heaven, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. 10 And this was done three times: and all were drawn up again into heaven. 11 And, behold, immediately there were three men already come unto the house where I was, sent from Cesarea unto me. 12 And the Spirit bade me go with them, nothing doubting. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered into the man's house: 13 And he shewed us how he had seen an angel in his house, which stood and said unto him, Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon, whose surname is Peter; 十五 司提反遇難之後那些遭逼迫四散的門徒徧行各 竟敢攔阻 神呢衆人聽見這話就不言語了只讚美 神說現在我們知道 神也賜恩與異邦人使他們悔改得永生了 他要將能使你和你全家得救的道講與你聽我剛開講聖靈就降臨感動他們像當初降臨感動我們一樣我就想起主的 話說約翰是用水施洗將來你們必受聖靈的洗 神旣賜恩與他們和賜恩與我們這些信主耶穌基督的人一樣我是誰 尼基居比路安提阿只講道與猶太人聽內中有居北路人古 路知 的 奉主這巴拿巴是一個好人,足足的被聖靈感動大有信心因此有 撒冷的教會聽見這信息就遣巴拿巴往安提阿去他到了那裏看見那裏的人受了 祂的恩賜就甚歡喜勸衆人堅心事 利奈人到了安提阿宣傳主耶穌的福音與說希利尼話的猶太人聽主施大能保佑他們信道歸主的人數就多了在耶路 人、生 了。誰,的 16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost. 好 17 Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, what was I, that I could withstand God ? 被巴 18 When they heard these things, 聖 they held their peace, and glorified God, saying,Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life. 19 T Now they which were scat tered abroad upon the persecution 動、阿 that arose about Stephen travelled 心 as far as Phenice, and Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word to none but unto the Jews only. 20 And some of them were men of Cyprus and Cyrene, which, when they were come to Antioch, spake unto the Grecians, preaching the Lord Jesus. 21 And the hand of the Lord was 許 歸 服了主 with them: and a great number主。 believed, and turned unto the Lord. 22 『 Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should go as far as Antioch. 23 Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord. 24 For he was a good man, and full of the Holy Ghost and of faith : and much people was added unto the Lord. |
