29 Yna y syrthiodd ei gyd-was wrth ei draed ef, ac a ymbiliodd âg ef, gan ddywedyd, Bydd ymarhous wrthyf, a mi a dalaf i ti y cwbl oll.

30 Ac nis gwnai efe: ond myned a'i fwrw ef y'ngharchar, hyd oni thalai yr hyn oedd ddyledus.

31 A phan welodd ei gyd-weision y pethau a wnelsid, bu ddrwg dros ben ganddynt: a hwy a ddaethant ac a fynegasant i'w harglwydd yr holl bethau a fuasai.

32 Yna ei arglwydd, wedi ei alw ef atto, a ddywedodd wrtho, Ha was drwg, maddeuais i ti yr holl ddyled honno, am i ti ymbil â

mi:

33 Ac oni ddylesit tithau drugarhâu wrth dy gyd-was, megis y trugarhêais innau wrthyt ti?

34 A'i arglwydd a ddigiodd, ac a'i rhoddodd ef i'r poenwyr, hyd oni thalai yr hyn oll oedd ddyledus iddo.

35 Ac felly y gwna fy Nhad nefol i chwithau, oni faddeuwch o'ch calonnau bob un i'w frawd eu camweddau.

PENNOD XIX.

29 And his fellow servant fell down at his feet, and. besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.

30 And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt.

31 So when his fellow servants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told unto, their lord all that was done.

32 Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desir

edst me:

33 Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellow servant, even as I had pity on thee?

34 And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.

35 So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.

CHAPTER XIX.

ND it came to pass, that when

ABU, pan orphenodd yr Iesu yr A Jesus had finished these say

ymadroddion hyn, efe a ymadawodd o Galilea, ac a ddaeth i derfynau Judea, tu hwnt i'r Ior

ddonen:

2 A thorfeydd lawer a'i canlynasant ef; ac efe a'u hiachâodd hwynt yno.

3 A daeth y Phariseaid atto, gan ei demtio, a dywedyd wrtho, Ai cyfreithlawn i wr ysgar â'i wraig

am bob achos ?

4 Ac efe a attebodd ac a ddywedodd wrthynt, Oni ddarllenasoch i'r hwn a'u gwnaeth o'r dechreu, eu gwneuthur hwy yn wrryw a banyw?

ings, he departed from Galilee, and came into the coasts of Judea beyond Jordan;

2 And great multitudes followed him; and he healed them there.

3 The Pharisees also came unto

him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause? 4 And he answered and said unto

them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,

5 Ac efe a ddywedodd, Oblegid | 5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? 6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

hyn y gâd dyn dad a mam, ac y glŷn wrth ei wraig: a'r ddau fyddant yn un cnawd.

6 O herwydd paham, nid ydynt mwy yn ddau, ond yn un cnawd. Y peth gan hynny a gyssylltodd Duw, nac ysgared dyn.

7 Hwythau a ddywedasant wrtho, Paham gan hynny y gorchymynodd Moses roddi llythyr ysgar, a'i gollwng hi ymaith?

8 Yntau a ddywedodd wrthynt, Moses, o herwydd caledrwydd eich calonnau, a oddefodd i chwi ysgar â'ch gwragedd: eithr o'r dechreu nid felly yr oedd.

9 Ac meddaf i chwi, Pwy bynnag a ysgaro â'i wraig, ond am odineb, ac a briodo un arall, y mae efe yn torri priodas: ac y mae yr hwn a brïodo yr hon a ysgarwyd, yn torri priodas.

10 Dywedodd ei ddisgyblion wrtho, Os felly y mae yr achos rhwng gwr a gwraig, nid da gwreicca.

11 Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthynt, Nid yw pawb yn derbyn y gair hwn, ond y rhai y rhoddwyd iddynt. 12 Canys y mae eunuchiaid a aned felly o groth eu mam; ac y mae eunuchiaid a wnaed gan ddynion yn eunuchiaid; ac y mae eunuchiaid a'u gwnaethant eu hun yn eunuchiaid er mwyn teyrnas nefoedd. Y neb a ddichon ei dderbyn, derbynied.

13 Yna y dygwyd atto blant bychain, fel y rhoddai ei ddwylaw arnynt, ac y gweddïai: a'r disgyblion, a'u ceryddodd hwynt.

7 They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?

8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.

9 And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

10 His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry.

11 But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.

12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

13 T Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray and the disciples rebuked them.

14 A'r Iesu a ddywedodd, Gadewch i blant bychain, ac na waherddwch iddynt ddyfod attaf fi: canys eiddo y cyfryw rai yw teyrn-kingdom of heaven. as nefoedd.

14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me; for of such is the

15 And he laid his hands on them, and departed thence.

16 And, behold, one came and

17 Yntau a ddywedodd wrtho, Paham y gelwi yn dda? nid da neb ond un, sef Duw ond os ewyllysi fyned i mewn i'r bywyd, cadw y gorchymynion.

18 Efe a ddywedodd wrtho yntau, Pa rai? A'r Iesu a ddywedodd, Na ladd, Na odineba, Na ladratta, Na ddwg gam dystiolaeth,

19 Anrhydedda dy dad a'th fam, a Châr dy gymmydog fel ti dy hun.

20 Y gwr ieuange a ddywedodd wrtho, Mi a gedwais y rhai hyn oll o'm hieuengetid: beth sydd yn eisieu i mi etto?

21 Yr Iesu a ddywedodd wrtho, Os ewyllysi fod yn berffaith, dos, gwerth yr hyn sydd gennyt, a dyro i'r tlodion; a thi a gei drysor yn y nef: a thyred, canlyn fi.

22 A phan glybu y gwr ieuangc yr ymadrodd, efe a aeth i ffordd yn drist: canys yr oedd yn berchen dâ lawer.

17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,

19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

20 The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?

21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven and come and follow me.

22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great pos

sessions.

23 Yna y dywedodd yr Iesu wrth 23 Then said Jesus unto his disei ddisgyblion, Yn wir y dywedafciples, Verily I say unto you, That i chwi, mai yn anhawdd yr â gol- a rich man shall hardly enter into udog i mewn i deyrnas nefoedd. the kingdom of heaven. 24 A thrachefn meddaf i chwi, Haws yw i gamel fyned trwy grai y nodwydd ddur, nag i oludog fyned i mewn i deyrnas Dduw.

25 A phan glybu ei ddisgyblion ef hyn, synnu a wnaethant yn ddirfawr, gan ddywedyd, Pwy gan hynny a all fod yn gadwedig?

26 A'r Iesu a edrychodd arnynt, ac a ddywedodd wrthynt, Gyd â dynion ammhosibl yw hyn, ond gyd â Duw pob peth sydd bosibl.

27 Yna Petr a attebodd ac a ddywedodd wrtho, Wele, nyni a adawsom bob peth, ac a'th ganlynasom di: beth gan hynny a fydd i ni?

28 A'r Iesu a ddywedodd wrthynt, Yn wir meddaf i chwi, y

24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

25 When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved?

26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

27 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore?

28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye

cewch chwi, y rhai a'm canlyn- | which have followed me, in the asoch i, yn yr adenedigaeth, pan regeneration when the Son of man eisteddo Mab y dyn ar orsedd shall sit in the throne of his gloei ogoniant, eistedd chwithau ry, ye also shall sit upon twelve ar ddeuddeg gorsedd, yn barnu thrones, judging the twelve tribes deuddeg llwyth Israel. of Israel.

29 A phob un a'r a adawodd dai, neu frodyr, neu chwiorydd, neu dad, neu fam, neu wraig, neu blant, neu diroedd, er mwyn fy enw i, a dderbyn y can cymmaint, a bywyd tragywyddol a etifedda efe.

30 Ond llawer o'r rhai blaenaf a fyddant yn olaf, a'r rhai olaf yn flaenaf.

PENNOD XX.

29 And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life. 30 But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.

CHAPTER XX.

OR the kingdom of heaven is

ANYS teyrnas nefoedd sydd like unto a man that is a housedebyg i wr o berchen tŷ, yr hwn a aeth allan a hi yn dyddhâu, i gyflogi gweithwyr i'w winllan.

2 Ac wedi cyttuno â'r gweithwyr er ceiniog y dydd, efe a'u hanfonodd hwy i'w winllan.

3 Ac efe a aeth allan ynghylch y drydedd awr, ac a welodd eraill yn sefyll yn segur yn y farchnadfa;

4 Ac a ddywedodd wrthynt, Ewch chwithau i'r winllan; a pha beth bynnag a fyddo cyfiawn, mi a'i rhoddaf i chwi.

5 A hwy a aethant ymaith. Ac efe a aeth allan drachefn ynghylch y chweched a'r nawfed awr, ac a wnaeth yr un modd.

holder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard.

2 And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.

3 And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace,

4 And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way.

5 Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise.

6 Ac efe a aeth allan ynghylch 6 And about the eleventh hour yr unfed awr ar ddeg, ac a gafodd he went out, and found others eraill yn sefyll yn segur, ac a ddy-standing idle, and saith unto them, wedodd wrthynt, Paham y sefwch Why stand ye here all the day chwi yma ar hyd y dydd yn segur? idle? 7 Dywedasant wrtho, Am na chyflogodd neb nyni. Dywedodd yntau wrthynt, Ewch chwithau i'r winllan; a pha beth bynnag fyddo cyfiawn, chwi a'i cewch.

8 A phan aeth hi yn hwyr, arglwydd y winllan a ddywedodd wrth ei oruchwyliwr, Galw y gweithwyr, a dyro iddynt eu cyflog, gan ddechreu o'r rhai diweddaf hyd y rhai cyntaf.

7 They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive.

8 So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.

9 A phan ddaeth y rhai a gyflogasid ynghylch yr unfed awr ar ddeg, hwy a gawsant bob un geiniog.

10 A phan ddaeth y rhai cyntaf, hwy a dybiasant y caent fwy; a hwythau a gawsant bob un geiniog.

11 Ac wedi iddynt gael, grwgnach a wnaethant yn erbyn gwr y tŷ,

12 Gan ddywedyd, Un awr y gweithiodd y rhai olaf hyn, a thi a'u gwnaethost hwynt yn gystal a ninnau, y rhai a ddygasom bwys y dydd a'r gwres.

13 Yntau a attebodd ac a ddywedodd wrth un o honynt, Y cyfaill, nid ydwyf yn gwneuthur cam â thi: onid er ceiniog y cyttunaist â mi?

14 Cymmer yr hyn sydd eiddot, a dos ymaith yr ydwyf yn ewyllysio rhoddi i'r olaf hwn megis i tithau. 15 Ai nid cyfreithlawn i mi wneuthur a fynnwyf â'r eiddof fy hun? neu a ydyw dy lygad di yn ddrwg, am fy mod i yn dda?

16 Felly y rhai olaf fyddant yn flaenaf, a'r rhai blaenaf yn olaf: canys llawer sydd wedi eu galw, ac ychydig wedi eu dewis.

17 Ac a'r Iesu yn myned i fynu i Jerusalem, efe a gymmerth deuddeg disgybl o'r neilldu ar y ffordd, ac a ddywedodd wrthynt, 18 Wele, yr ydym ni yn myned i fynu i Jerusalem; a Mab y dyn a draddodir i'r arch-offeiriaid a'r ysgrifenyddion, a hwy a'i condemniant ef i farwolaeth,

19 Ac a'i traddodant ef i'r Cenhedloedd, i'w watwar, ac i'w flangellu, ac i'w groeshoelio: a'r trydydd dydd efe a adgyfyd.

20 Yna y daeth mam meibion Zebedeus atto gyd â'i meibion, gan addoli, a deisyf rhyw beth ganddo.

21 Ac efe a ddywedodd wrthi, Pa beth a fynni? Dywedodd hithau wrtho, Dywed am gael o'm dau

9 And when they came that were hired about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny.

10 But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny. 11 And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house,

12 Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day.

13 But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny?

14 Take that thine is, and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee.

15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?

16 So the last shall be first, and the first last for many be called, but few chosen.

17 And Jesus going up to Jerusalem took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them,

18 Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death,

19 And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again.

20 Then came to him the mother of Zebedee's children with her sons, worshipping him, and desiring a certain thing of him.

21 And he said unto her, What wilt thou? She saith unto him, Grant that these my two sons may
