22 Ac yn y fan y gyrrodd yr Iesu ei ddisgyblion i fyned i'r llong, ac i fyned i'r lan arall o'i flaen ef, tra fyddai efe yn gollwng y torfeydd ymaith.

23 Ac wedi iddo ollwng y torfeydd ymaith, efe a esgynodd i'r mynydd wrtho ei hun, i weddïo: ac wedi ei hwyrhâu hi, yr oedd efe yno yn unig.

24 A'r llong oedd weithian yn nghanol y môr, yn drallodus gan donnau: canys gwynt gwrthwynebus ydoedd.

25 Ac yn y bedwaredd wylfa o'r nos yr aeth yr Iesu attynt, gan rodio ar y môr.

he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.

20 And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.

21 And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.

22 ¶ And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away.

23 And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray and when the evening was come, he was there alone.

24 But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary.

29 Ac efe a ddywedodd, Tyred. Ac wedi i Petr ddisgyn o'r llong, efe a rodiodd ar y dyfroedd, i ddyfod at yr Iesu.

28 And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.

29 And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.

lem, a ddaethant at yr Iesu, gan salem, saying, ddywedyd,

2 Paham y mae dy ddisgyblion di yn troseddu traddodiad yr hynafiaid? canys nid ydynt yn golchi eu dwylaw pan fwyttäont fara.

3 Ac efe a attebodd ac a ddywedodd wrthynt, A phaham yr ydych chwi yn troseddu gorchymyn Duw trwy eich traddodiad chwi?

4 Canys Duw a orchymynodd, gan ddywedyd, Anrhydedda dy dad a'th fam: a'r hwn a felldithio dad neu fam, lladder ef yn farw. 5 Eithr yr ydych chwi yn dywedyd, Pwy bynnag a ddywedo wrth ei dad neu ei fam, Rhodd yw pa beth bynnag y ceit lês oddi wrthyf fi, ac ni anrhydeddo ei dad neu ei fam, difai fydd.

6 Ac fel hyn y gwnaethoch orchymyn Duw yn ddirym trwy eich traddodiad eich hun.

9 Eithr yn ofer y'm hanrhydeddant i, gan ddysgu gorchymynion dynion yn ddysgeidiaeth.

10 Ac wedi iddo alw y dyrfa atto, efe a ddywedodd wrthynt, Clywch a deallwch.

11 Nid yr hyn sydd yn myned i mewn i'r genau, sydd yn halogi dyn; ond yr hyn sydd yn dyfod allan o'r genau, hynny sydd yn halogi dyn.

12 Yna y daeth ei ddisgyblion atto, ac a ddywedasant wrtho, A wyddost ti ymrwystro o'r Phariseaid wrth glywed yr ymadrodd hwn?

13 Ac yntau a attebodd ac a ddywedodd, Pob planhigyn yr hwn nis plannodd fy Nhad nefol, a ddiwreiddir.

14 Gadewch iddynt: tywysogion deillion i'r deillion ydynt. Ac os y dall a dywys y dall, y ddau a syrthiant yn y ffos.

16 A dywedodd yr Iesu, A ydych chwithau etto heb ddeall?

17 Onid ydych chwi yn deall etto, fod yr hyn oll sydd yn myned i mewn i'r genau, yn cilio i'r bola, ac y bwrir ef allan i'r geudŷ?

18 Eithr y pethau a ddeuant allan o'r genau, sydd yn dyfod allan o'r galon; a'r pethau hynny a halogant ddyn.

19 Canys o'r galon y mae meddyliau drwg yn dyfod allan, lladdiadau, torr-priodasau, godinebau, lladradau, cam-dystiolaethau, cabl

20 Dyma y pethau sydd yn halogi dyn: eithr bwytta â dwylaw heb olchi, ni haloga ddyn.

21 A'r Iesu a aeth oddi yno, ac a giliodd i dueddau Tyrus a Sidon.

8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.

9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

10 And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:

11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.

12 Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?

13 But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.

14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

15 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable.

16 And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?

17 Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?

18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the

man."

19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:

20 These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.

21 Then Jesus went thence, and departed into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon.

22 Ac wele, gwraig o Canaan a ddaeth o'r parthau hynny, ac a lefodd, gan ddywedyd wrtho, Trugarha wrthyf, O Arglwydd, Fab Dafydd y mae fy merch yn ddrwg ei hwyl gan gythraul.

23 Eithr nid attebodd efe iddi un gair. A daeth ei ddisgyblion atto, ac a attolygasant iddo, gan ddywedyd, Gollwng hi ymaith; canys y mae hi yn llefain ar ein hol.

24 Ac efe a attebodd ac a ddywedodd, Ni'm danfonwyd i ond at ddefaid colledig tŷ Israel.

25 Ond hi ddaeth ac a'i haddolodd ef, gan ddywedyd, Arglwydd, | cymhorth fi.

26 Ac efe a attebodd ac a ddywedodd, Nid da cymmeryd bara y plant, a'i fwrw i'r cwn.

27 Hithau a ddywedodd, Gwir yw, Arglwydd: canys y mae y ewn yn bwytta o'r briwsion sydd yn syrthio oddi ar fwrdd eu harglwyddi.

28 Yna yr attebodd yr Iesu, ac a ddywedodd wrthi, Ha wraig, mawr yw dy ffydd: bydded i ti fel yr wyt yn ewyllysio. A'i merch a iachâwyd o'r awr honno allan.

29 TA'r Iesu a aeth oddi yno, ac a ddaeth ger llaw môr Galilea; ac a esgynodd i'r mynydd, ac a eisteddodd yno.

30 A daeth atto dorfeydd lawer, a chanddynt gyd â hwynt gloffion, deillion, mudion, anafusion, ac eraill lawer: a hwy a'u bwriasant i lawr wrth draed yr Iesu, ac efe a'u hiachâodd hwynt:

31 Fel y rhyfeddodd y torfeydd, wrth weled y mudion yn llefaru, y rhai anafus yn iach, y cloffion yn rhodio, a'r deillion yn gweled: a hwy a ogoneddasant Dduw Israel.

32 A galwodd yr Iesu ei ddisgyblion atto, ac a ddywedodd, Yr ydwyf yn tosturio wrth y dyrfa; canys y maent yn aros gyd â mi dridiau weithian, ac nid oes ganddynt ddim i'w fwytta: ac nid

22 And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.

23 But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.

24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

25 Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.

26 But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.

27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.

28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour. 29 And Jesus departed from thence, and came nigh unto the sea of Galilee; and went up into a mountain, and sat down there.

30 And great multitudes came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them:

31 Insomuch that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel.

32 Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them

ydwyf yn ewyllysio eu gollwng | away fasting, lest they faint in the hwynt ymaith ar eu cythlwng, way. rhag eu llewygu ar y ffordd. A hwy a ddywedasant, Saith, ychydig bysgod bychain. 35 Ac efe a orchymynodd i'r torfeydd eistedd ar y ddaear. 36 A chan gymmeryd y saith dorth, a'r pysgod, a diolch, efe a'u torrodd, ac a'u rhoddodd i'w ddisgyblion, a'r disgyblion i'r dyrfa.

33 And his disciples say unto him, Whence should we have so much bread in the wilderness, as to fill so great a multitude?

ac

37 A hwy oll a fwyttasant, ac a gawsant eu digon: ac a godasant or briw-fwyd oedd y'ngweddill saith fasgedaid yn llawn.

38 A'r rhai a fwyttasant oedd bedair mil o wyr, heb law gwragedd a phlant.

39 Ac wedi iddo ollwng y torfeydd ymaith, efe a aeth i long, ac a ddaeth i barthau Magdala.

PENNOD XVI.

3 A'r bore, Heddyw, dryccin; canys y mae yr wybr yn goch ac yn bruddaidd. O ragrithwyr, chwi a fedrwch ddeall wyneb yr wybren; ac oni fedrwch arwyddion yr amserau?

4 Y mae cenhedlaeth ddrwg a godinebus yn ceisio arwydd; ac arwydd nis rhoddir iddi, ond arwydd y prophwyd Jonas. Ac efe a'u gadawodd hwynt, ac a aeth ymaith.
