These have been prepared by competent writers, employed by the Western Methodist Book Concern, expressly for use in this volume. Only the more important actions are referred to; but, in the two parts, the chronological and the topical, it is believed that the average student of our Church history will find all that he cares to know about the great Governing Conference.
